Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AUREVA BOTANICS INDIA PVT LTD, we take immense pride in the artisanal quality, purity, and integrity of our grain-powered Ayurvedic formulations.

1. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

In the unlikely event that your botanical product arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered during transit, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email with unboxing photos/video to aurevabotanics@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 98711 32336. We will arrange a free immediate replacement.

2. Hygiene and Skincare Policy

Due to the natural, preservative-free, and intimate nature of grain skincare and facial ubtans, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products once the safety seal is broken.

3. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our apothecary fulfillment center. Once dispatched with an assigned AWB tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated immediately to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) and reflect within 5 to 7 working days as per standard banking protocol.
